Description

This rustic beach resort is located nearby the village of Anakao and is reached by a two hour boat transfer from Tulear. A relaxed atmosphere and superb diving opportunities combined with sandy white beaches make this a great beach getaway destination.

Rooms

Eight rustic wooden bungalows are set along the beachfront and contain en suite bathrooms. Each is built eco-style and set amongst the natural dune vegetation.

Facilities

The restaurant offers simply and tasty meals with a variety of seafood, fresh fruits and rice dishes. The main attraction at Anakao is the diving and snorkelling. A fully equipped dive centre is based at the hotel. Surfing, kayaking and windsurfing are also popular activities and at certain time of the year you may be treated to whale sightings.
