Description

Nungwi Village beach resort is well located along a beautiful stretch of beach on northern Zanzibar. Set amongst tall palm trees the resort is perfect for families, honeymooners and leisure travelers.

Rooms

Each of the seafront bungalows consist of four self contained air-conditioned seafront rooms. Designed so that each room gets a beautiful panoramic sea views and benefits from the cool sea breezes, there is also a spacious balcony for watching the magnificent sunsets. Each room has private en suite bathroom facilities and is furnished with hand carved four poster beds and traditional Zanzibar style wooden décor. The standard rooms are set back from the beach and are in two wings each with eight rooms. These rooms are all self contained with en suite bath room facilities and air conditioning.

Facilities

The restaurant overlooking the Indian Ocean serves mainly seafood as well as continental and vegetarian dishes. The beach bar is perfect for sundowners. The resort also has a business centre with internet access as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor games. Diving, snorkelling and other boat excursions can be arranged at the nearby dive centre.
