DAMARALAND CAMP

Description

Damaraland Camp is located in the Huab River Valley, and looks south towards the imposing Brandberg Mountains. Early morning risers will be treated to the spectacular view of the early morning mists as they drift inland from the cold Atlantic coastline up the sandy river canyon. These mists provide essential daily sustenance to the flora and fauna of the region.

Rooms

Damaraland Camp has ten luxury tented rooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom including a flush toilet, hand basin and vanity area and a shower with hot and cold running water. The tents are built on raised wooden decks and have a private veranda for relaxing.

Facilities

The Camp’s stone living area combines the dining room and pub and oncalm evenings an open camp fire can be enjoyed. Adjacent to the bar area is a swimming pool to cool off in. Activities include guided game drives and bush walks. Mountain bikes are also available for guest use. A laundry service is offered.
